Rural Location

Hatfield is a quaint Herefordshire hamlet situated almost equidistant between the market towns of Bromyard, Tenbury Wells and Leominster (approx. 6 miles away). The nearest city is Hereford (14 miles) where you can catch direct trains to major cities such as Worcester, Birmingham and London. Direct intercity trains to Cardiff, Shrewsbury and Manchester run from Leominster Station.

Residents of Meadow Bank can enjoy weekly deliveries of freshly baked bread, outdoor reared meat and fresh fruit and veg boxes.  Major supermarkets offer a home delivery service to the area.

Should you fancy a takeaway, there are a vast array of options in the neighbouring market towns which are all only a short drive away. For those special occasions, there are ‘destination restaurants’ such as ‘Pensons’,  a Michelin Star restaurant on the nearby Netherwood Estate, with many others in and around Ludlow- ‘The Loveliest Town in England’.

Meadow Bank boasts ultra-high-speed fibre broadband up to 900Mb so for those wishing to work from home or have families with high internet/streaming usage, you won’t have to worry about not having a fast enough internet connection.

Locally, there are a variety of educational facilities, both private schools and state schools, to choose from in neighbouring towns and cities with pick up and drop off points within 20 mins drive.

For those who enjoy outdoor activities there are many stunning countryside walks, runs and bike rides on your doorstep. Locally you can enjoy horse riding lessons, fishing and wild swimming, or you might like to join a local sports club such as rugby, cricket, tennis, or hockey in Bromyard, Tenbury or Leominster.
